Recurring Meetings

Meetings to cover important issues such as budget review, maintenance, etc. One meeting a year is not enough!

E-Voting

Out with the old and in with the new. It is time to make it easier for owners to vote!

Attorney

We will hire a Real Estate attorney to investigate misconduct of board members to bring transparency to past and future boards!

Review of HOA Budget

I think Jorge had a bit more on this? Are we reviewing the budget or is the attorney doing that?

Not for Profit

We will pass a resolution status that no board member can profit, directly or indirectly from the building.
