FAQ

  • Who is allowed to vote?

    1. Only Mint owners are allowed to participate in the election of the board.

    2. For your vote to be valid, all payments must be up-to-date, including HOA, any fines, etc.

    3. If your unit is owned by a corp/LLC or has multiple owners, make sure you have a current voter certificate on file with the office

  • Can I vote if my property is owned by a company?

Yes, as long as the company is current, you can vote. To make absolutely sure, we recommend you have a current voter certificate on file at the office.

  • Can I vote if I am living out of the state/country?

Yes. However, mail is slow. Your ballot must be received by Wednesday June 19, 2023 in order for it to be counted.

  • When will I receive the ballot?

Ballots are required to be mailed 2 weeks in advance. We understand that is not enough time - especially if you live out of State and especially if you life out of the country. We are asking the management office to mail ballots as soon as possible. You can help by calling the Mint and asking for your ballot.
